The BN-3SDM and BN-4SDM series submersible deep well pumps are new developed multistage stainless steel bore-hole pumps.It's designed for wells with a diameter of 3“ /4” or greater.It's consist of a oil-dipped submersible motor and a multistage pump. It has a merit of samll size,anti-rust,and high lift. Impellers in techno-polymer(PC+POM).Sleeves shaft with coupling,bushes,adjustmen inset,cable cover,filter,bolts and screws in stainless steel.Brass flange connect base.Self-centring thrust bearing lubricated by the internal liqiud.Capacitor and thermal-current protection device permanently on the control panel supplied as a standard feature for the single-phase version.The user must provide the overload protection for the three-phase version.
PUMP/MOTOR CONFIGURATION & OPERATION CONDITION
SS pump head, PC+POM impeller; Specific mechanic sealing; 304 stainless steel impeller, higher head; Insulation level: B; Protection grade: IP68. The pump can be continuously functional under the conditions below: maximum liquid temperature no more than 40℃; maximum medium particle size no more than 0.01%; medium PH value between 6.5-8.5; the pump shall be completely immersed by water.
