การใช้งาน

เป็นปั๊มน้ำหอยโข่งไฟฟ้าแบบใบพัดเดี่ยว ซึ่งประกอบโดยตรงเข้ากับมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า โดยใช้ฝาชนมอเตอร์เป็นตัวเชื่อม เหมาะสำหรับใช้สูบน้ำสะอาดหรือน้ำที่มีฤทธิ์ทาง เคมี ที่ไม่กัดกร่อนทั่วไป ปั๊มชนิดนี้ได้ถูกออกแบบให้สามารถถอดมอเตอร์หรือชิ้นส่วนมอเตอร์ออก แล้วประกอบเข้าไปได้ใหม่ โดยไม่ต้องรื้อตัวปั๊มหรือท่อที่ติดตั้งอยู่ สะดวกในการนำไปใช้ ในงานก่อสร้าง เกษตรกรรม อุตสาหกรรม หรืองานทั่วไป เช่น ประปา ชลประทาน ระบบส่งน้ำอัติโนมัติ ระบบแรงดันสูง หม้อน้ำร้อน แอร์คอนดิชั่น และงานบริการ อื่น ๆ ส่งน้ำขึ้นอาคารบ้านพักอาศัย อาคารสูง และงานทุกชนิดที่ต้องการส่งน้ำสะอาด

ลักษณะชิ้นส่วนและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ผลิต

ตัวปั๊มทำด้วยเหล็กหล่อตามมาตรฐาน DIN 24255 , NF E 44-lll, UNI 7467 โดยมีหน้าแปลนท่อน้ำเข้า - ออก ( ตามมาตรฐาน UNI 2238 PN 10) และมีหน้าแปลนประกบเป็นเกลียว ฝาชนมอเตอร์ทำด้วยเหล็กหล่อ ใบพัดทำด้วยทองเหลือง เพลาทำด้วยเหล็กเกรดไร้สนิม (STAINLESS STELL) ใช้ซีล แบบแมคคานิคอล โดยมีมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าแบบ B 5 ระบายความร้อนเองในตัว ซึ่งสามารถใช้งานต่อเนื่อง ได้นานตามมาตรฐาน CLASS F IP 55

*** ระบบไฟสองสาย 220/380 V. 50HZ. 3 เฟส หรือ 380/660 V 50HZ มีให้เลือกตั้งแต่ 10 แรงม้าขึ้นไป

ข้อจำกัดบางประการในการใช้งาน

ปั๊มชนิดนี้ได้ถูกออกแบบมาโดยมีมาตรฐานควบคุมอยู่เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม ดังนั้นจึงมีข้อจำกัดบางประการที่ไม่ควรใช้ เช่น อุณหภูมิของน้ำเกิน 90 C⁰ อุณหภูมิของห้องที่ตั้งปั๊มไม่เกิน 40 C⁰ แรงดันสูงสุดของงานที่ใช้ต้องไม่เกิน 10 บาร์ เป็นต้น

APPLICATIONS AND PERFORMANCES

Centrlfugal, enbloc and single-impeller electrical pump with pump body built to DIN 24255-NF E 44-III - UNI 7467 standards, with connection to the motor by means of a support unit. These machines are ideal for pumping clean water and other chemically and mechanically non-aggressive liquids. APPLICATIONS RESTRICTIONS

The BA range of standardised pumps provide excellent functions when operated under the conditions and limitations indicated. Temperature of clean water between 10°-90; ambient temperature up 40; maxirnum operating pressure 10 bar.
